Preksha is always a pleasure. I feel she takes cares of the client, knowing what is best for them. I'm really happy with the leg wax. It was such a great decision to move to waxing and Preksha is great!

It's the worst haircut I've had. Very visibly uneven... like a joke.
I prompted the hairdresser twice when they were done to fix it/make it blend as it looked crazy. Their excuse was that it was dry ends, so they had to cut it off. It's laughable because it looks blind cut with some pieces 3-7cm longer/shorter all around 😂
