I booked a root colouring last minute, it was my first time at this salon. There was no welcome or warmth from the staff and the salon looked shabby. My roots were coloured in a shade much lighter than my hair colour and the colour I asked for (a very basic 4.0 dark brown). My greys weren’t even covered by the horrible coppery brown colour. The shampoo smelled and felt very cheap. I left with my hair feeling extremely dry, like straw and not styled at all. Horrible experience
