Second time I’ve been here & much worse this time. The woman who did my wax was on her phone the entire time and did a poor job. Minor burns to some areas of my skin and she didn’t even manage to remove all the hair. Wouldn’t recommend .

I felt unwelcome as soon as I arrived. Someone was having their nails done, and two slightly mature members of staff watched over the client and the technician so intensely I wondered if I had interrupted a test.
The hairstylist gave me a selection of styles and cut it exactly as needed. The two mature staff watched the whole process. I had a photo taken at the end of the cut and that was the only time one of the staff smiled. I said thanks but the staff didn't reply, and it felt very rude.
