Good value, no-nonsense service! Flexible as I was able to call ahead to push back the 2 appointments when I was running late.
I'd just recommend therapists to use a face mask during the waxing/lash lift especially if they have a runny nose :)

The lady who did my hot wax was friendly and great at minimizing the pain.
The only thing to consider is that if you have a Groupon code they ask and redeem this BEFORE your appointment rather than on the day due to so many no shows in the past.
Finally the stairs leading down to the basement and toilet could also be cleaner.
