She was busy with other clients as well. Not her fault and was in an out. My eye lashes didn’t lift and the treatment was not effective for me. I don’t know if the materials used are the same as in other places. The tint worked well. It would have been good to have been told of any methods used to remember that she was coming back after10-12 minutes for each step as I was worried the time would pass. A simple info on Im putting an alarm would have helped me having a better experience.

Pedicure was good I was happy with the result. Only I was 15 mins early so I was prepared to wait but I wasn’t seen for 35 mins and not even a sorry we’re running late I know these things happen but would appreciate it being acknowledged. Thank you
