I have had plenty of wax treatments in my lifetime and this has been the worst one so far. The lady was not in the mood to receive customers.
The threading was good, but as soon as I entered the room for the waxing treatment, it was a disaster. I didn't realise she forgot to put some powder on my underarm, so the waxing was done in my sking directly causing severe irritation.
I booked a Brazilian which was not finished and I decided to just move out as it was very unprofessional.
