The lady that did my wax was really lovely. She was able to accommodate me, even though I told her I was going to be just over 15 mins late.
I was just disappointed with my wax.
There was still quite a lot of hair left over , I had to finish the job at home. Just a waste of money really which is such a shame.
Most places I go to are really thorough. If there were some hairs left over they’d go back with a strip wax (even though I would have booked a wax), or even with tweezers, or a light just to make sure it was as clean as possible.
Disappointing - but a lovely woman. Maybe she was in a rush, because I was late?

Nowadays I only go to Inas as she is just so professional and kind. I always get the treatment I want, how I want it!

Wax was quick and thorough. Conversation flowed throughout the appointment which was a nice distraction. Would highly recommend and definitely return!

I had a full-body wax today with Ines Silva, I literally booked a head to toe treatment with her. She was absolutely professional, the quickest and one of the best therapist I have ever come across in my 14 years of waxing. The whole treatment was done under 60mins, she was friendly and the treatment room and toilet were clean. I got a beverage upon arrival. Price-wise is absolutely affordable. I would definitely recommend her services!
Location-wise: I would advise everyone to give an extra 10 mins as Google maps show the place incorrect! It is about a good 10mins walk from Vauxhall station.
