Ines was lovely although, my nails were terribly done, after having them removed at the place, I was advised to reach out to Treatwell for the refund I was promised, after reaching out multiple times to Treatwell I was advised YSIS beauty was supposed to provide me the refund, I am very upset to walk out without my nails done and no one providing me a refund. Very disappointing.
