Ines Silva was truly wonderful and really professional. Beauty therapists and professionals I felt respected and really looked after. An intimate and calm treatment location that with warm, clean and peaceful. Great new space with lovely staff and atmosphere! Can really recommend the eyebrow shape & tint - will definitely be back!

The beautician who conducted the facial was lovely and I couldn’t fault her. The receptionist was moody and didn’t even smile when she took your money. The facial it’s self unfortunately was awful. The steamer burnt my face and I had to move away and when it came to the final part where moisturise your face with cream. The beautician used cheap L’Oréal face cream you can get in Tesco for £6 a pot. Not value for money at all.

The salon was easy to get to, located on the main street,just about 1min walk from the bus stop 77. The treatment was amazing as always, Ines was very welcoming and kind. I would definitely recommend her, I am sure I would book with her again. She is professional, has a great working ethic and very quick which is a great thing especially with a full-body wax!
