Unfortunately I did not have the best experience. The beautician was quite rude and short with me about the heat of the wax the moment I told her I was sensitive. She made me feel uncomfortable, which isn’t ideal when you are having a bikini wax.... the manicure and Medicure were okay but felt completely rushed and no massage or elements of relaxation at all. She was just doing the job and not creating a good experience. After the manicure I realised a bump in one of the nails under the gel - she said it’s a piece of my nail and will just go down - she brushed me off instead of dealing with it and the bump is still there.... again, she made me feel awkward for asking. Quite cold service and would not return. I’ve yet to have a bad experience through treatwell so this is unfortunate.

Had a Hollywood wax done for the first time and I have never laughed so much during a wax. Ines knew I was nervous and went out of her way to put me at ease and make me laugh. We both laughed so much I forgot to be worrried and the only tears shed was tears of laughter. Would recommend.
