AVOID THIS PLACE.
POOR CLEANLINESS. LONG WAIT.
There is not point to book as you’ll still have a long wait as you get there. They got me 45 minutes after the time I scheduled, they don’t even apologise to me. I booked for £38 and at the end they made me pay £40 and they demand that we pay in cash. You just care about the money but not about the guest service. I used to be regular but as the standards are dropping so down I will find another place.

I honestly love my acrylics! Always love how my acrylics are done here, but my pedicure was too rushed as they were busy and even though I booked it, they seemed surprised when I said I had a pedicure as well. Probably why it was rushed. I would choose Iro for acrylics over any other salon, but based on my experience, I’d go elsewhere for a pedicure. Also the guy doing my nails was wearing very dirty gloves with holes in so would be great if they changed them between clients.
