Quite rushed and the atmosphere wasn’t great with the customer next to me’s nail filings flying all over me! But the pedicure was neat and looked nice.

Experience was poor and nails are already chipping, 2 hours later. They mentioned treatwell take 35% therefore even if wanted to upgrade would charge me higher fee than advertised as I came via Treatwell and not directly, which defeats the purpose. Was told if I came directly my manicure would be £25, and upgrade to BiAB would be £10 but as I came via Treatwell upgrade is double the price. Not great service at all. Colour collection not great either

The nails are not terrible, but on a few of my nails the cuticles are flooded on the side. The shape is also not very consistent and some of the sides are overfiled and a few of my nails are crooked as well. I also did a polka dot design and some of the dots are not fully cured and statues coming of and I just got the nails done yesterday! For the price of 50£ for design and extension is definitely not worth it. Also they don’t sanitise the products so I would not cut my cuticles there.
