Firstly, when you book with a therapist doesn't mean you will get that person so I was disappointed. Both therapists I choose did not do the pedicures, Not nail professionals, they are learning. They did not sterilize the equipment, I asked them to spray the clippers, etc with alcohol. The towels didn't look clean, I think they just dry them and re-use. They didn't spray down the chairs and actual foot sink. They are friendly and polite but I wont go again.

Fantastic nails. They listened exactly to what I asked for, kept the shape square even though it was difficult as some of my nails were broken and I loved the colour!!

The salon were very accommodating after I realised I had made a mistake and mixed up the dates of my booking, they even stayed behind late to fit me in. Very attentive and detailed during the treatment too!
