For those of you who do not know me already, my name is Lauren, I am 17 years old and I work at Iristylers hair and aesthetics salon. I qualified in my level 2 hairdressing apprenticeship in august last year (2023). I am now currently training in my Level 3 Hairdressing course at college whilst being in the salon 3-4 days a week. I have always been very passionate in the art of hair and the world of hair colouring. In 2023 I entered the ' best apprentice of the year ' award and i'm proud to say I became a finalist!! Whilst at college I also entered into the 'haircut and blow dry ' competition against all neighbouring colleges in Kent and I placed second! Because of this, I became a finalist in this competition but unfortunately I was unable to attend due to travel issues. This year I am trying my hardest to build up a regular clientele and expand my knowledge and techniques in the hair industry. Below is my portfolio demonstrating some of my work over the last 2 years and reviews from my lovely clients.
