Every single member of staff are super welcoming and enthusiastic about their job, and truly pay attention to all details & make you feel looked after. Even though I wanted Nergis to do my nails as last time they were perfect, Amanda and Emily who ended up doing them were equally excellent! P.S. The matcha latte was delicious. THANK YOU ALL <3

Nicely decorated venue, but I was given the wrong type of wax (Hollywood instead of Brazilian), despite confirming my preferred style with the therapist before she started the treatment. When I pointed out the mistake, my therapist explained she was on autopilot after a whole day of doing Hollywoods, which didn’t really inspire confidence. The whole experience was quite jarring and I left feeling disappointed.
