I had a facial with Irina Midoni and it was absolutely awful. The extractions were extremely painful, and she used her nails to press my skin, scratching and hurting me in the process. It didn’t feel professional at all, she applied excessive pressure, almost like she was leaning her full body weight onto my face.
Three days later, my skin is still swollen, sore, and visibly marked. I’m genuinely worried it may leave permanent scarring.
I’ve submitted a formal complaint to Treatwell.
