when you book for shellac manicure + pedicure together it's not clear that it's actually express and not full mani & pedi. that may be treatwell's problem though?! my nails look amazing, great Mani and pedi. had a minor cut when I was getting the pedi done, but Irina was extremely nice and professional. regardless, very happy with the job! thank you!
