Booked this on someone elses behalf and they specifically asked for focus on the neck area but this request was ignored and on top of that, the neck area, even though stated part of the massage, was ignored. £25 for a 30 minute massage where the clients request is ignored is ridiculous. Would not book at this venue in future if a simple 30 minute massage does not leave someone feeling satisfied.
