Irina 's massage has helped me relax the shoulder knots and the effect has stayed for more than one day. She observed my muscles and said I need something more than a relaxing massage so had been applying more pressure to ease my muscle knots. She is very professional (massaging with assurance with quick observation). Would deffo recommend.
The place is a bit hard to find (it is inside the Glamour studio) though.
