Irina is one of the most honest colourists I have met. This makes our communication seamless, we can understand what is achievable, and what will be our strategy to get there and achieve my dream hair goals. She asks a lot of questions so she can advise about the best approach as colouring is an art and it comes with limitations and consequences. Having built this deep trust I am always confident when I getting my hair coloured, zero anxiety, zero stress. She delivers at high standards!
