Ips was amazing! I’ve had my lashes done once before somewhere else and had a terrible experience and vowed to never have them done again but with my wedding coming up I wanted something to make my life a little easier, so I found Ips on Treatwell and so glad I did! I will now be getting regular lashes done haha! She was very attentive, professional and friendly, talked me through the lash style I wanted and she gave me everything I asked for! 5 stars from me!

The therapist was lovely and seemed very experienced. The lashes looked great but unfortunately it’s not even been a week since I had them done and lashes are falling out, I have gaps which is not a great look 😳. I religiously stuck to all the rules and beyond (no water/steam for 48h!)
