The blow dry looked very nice. However it is really a curl rather than a blow dry! The blow dry is rough then they use the straightener to curl. Some like this but I prefer round brush

Really took the time with my hair and all staff were very friendly and attentive. My only criticism was I didn't get any input to the toner used and I think the dye was left on slightly too long due to there only being one sink. Very minor issues, I love my hair but when the toner wears off I'm not sure how bright it will be!
