The wax was rushed and many patches were missed.
I had to get a re-wax and the price was extortionate - the beautician was not professional and didn't allow you to get changed in private. Also half way through the treatment she starting drinking her water whilst I was not offered any drinks.

The place is very close to where I live which is very convenient. However I did not feel very pleasant with my haircut. From the time when I got my hair washed to the time when my hair was being blown-dry, I just felt very painful with my hair... I think the hairdresser just kept on pulling my hair. The cut is not particularly great but it's ok. But I would expect a bit more for the money I spent (£26).

Highlights are perfect. Definitely recommending this to all of my friends. Everyone loves my new hair including me! Didn't even think black hair could go so blonde. Salon is fun. Hairdressers are sweet and friendly. Very professional outcome. Advised by hair dresser to do a completely different look to what I went to get and I'm so glad because I prefer it!
