Worst wax I've ever had, super painful and wax was way too hot burning my skin. Not all hair has been taken off and very sore at the minute. Extremely rushed appointment and no value for money. Wouldn't return again for a wax

It was great to back to Intro Hair. Karim hasn't cut or coloured my hair for 25 years, before then he had been cutting and coloured my it for 10 years. It was just as though I had never been away, it was lovely to see him and he still knows exactly how to look after my. Thanks Karim and thanks to Steve for making me some great Mochas
