the cut was very good, but the service and experience was poor. My hair was washed in a small backroom which was also the cloakroom so had multiple people coming in and out. Further, there was no neck rest on the sink. All the staff talked as if you weren't there which could be a little awkward and they often seemed distracted from the task at hand.
