I went to intro after having a terrible cut elsewhere that needed fixing. This was my first time at the salon and I was made to feel very welcome. The salon was covid secure and welcoming. Jamie was lovely, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and is a very skilled stylist. It was reasonably priced and I left very happy with the cut, finish and service. I will certainly be returning for my next cut and colour.

I wasn’t sure what to expect really on arrival but Karim was immediately attentive and friendly. He really listened to what hair style I was after, offered his suggestions and made it work for me! I paid a little more since I was so impressed.
