I had a great experience, Jamie was really nice and did an amazing job! My hair looked shiner than ever after the haircut and is now really healthy!

Not good, there was a weird atmosphere in the salon and it didn't seem particularly clean. I had to squeeze past the staff smoking in the doorway to get in. Mona was very rude about my hair, she kept going on about what horrible condition it was in. The cut was good, but Mona's attitude completely ruined my experience. After lockdown, everyone's hair is a bit of a mess. Mona had no empathy at all and I left feeling insulted.
