Adell's spa was very clean and atmospheric. The treatment room was a nice temperature throughout my treatment. I was seen by Nadia for a sports massage which did the job of helping to relieve muscle aches and stiffness. Will be returning in the near future for another massage and would highly recommend both therapist and venue.

I arrived in great pain with lower back muscle in spasm,the physiotherapist located the problem and after being treated I walked out 90% better and now 2 days later fully recovered.
