Salon and hairdresser were nice and professional. Shame hot water wasn’t working. Had to wash and rinse my hair with small containers. Sorry wasn’t really impressed with this also didn’t feel my hair had been rinsed properly. Had to tell the hairdresser a few times that had soap at the back of my neck. Didn’t help that I had a cold and made me feel worse. Salon didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience
