On arrival looked very nice salon, was a bit early and had to wait no one asked if i would like a drink, several staff members asked me if i had been seen etc and looked confused which put me on edge. The treatment room was quite dirty and falling apart with electric socket hanging off the wall, honestly luckily the lady came when she did otherwise i would have run out as it was starting to get to me, the lady that done my treatment was very nice and done a good job overall
