On the whole I was happy with this visit except I was kept waiting for 15mins and was nearly late for my appointment afterwards. Other than that, friendly staff and informal atmosphere.

The staff Louisa was very welcoming and professional. The only thing I would say is that I got home only to realise that some of the hair had not been removed during the Brazilian.
