The Hair conditioning treatment itself For which I prepaid online was good but I found it really sneaky of lubna to not have informed me before blow drying my hair and straightening it that this would incur an additional £25 on top of what I already paid. Arguably the £25 should include hair wash which she dint do again Ofcourse as the hair conditioning treatment included that. It’s the fact that I wasn’t asked beforehand and the underhanded behaviour which has made me decide never to go back
