Whilst the customer service was great and my manicurist was lovely, unfortunately my gel on both my nails and toes was messy and my cuticles and skin around the nails had gel on which wasn’t cleaned off. In addition to this three nails on my fingers the gel has already peeled off and it has yet to be 72 hours since the treatment.

My husband booked this for me as a pre-wedding treat. The place was absolutely vile and unhygienic. Iqra cut my nail bed with the machine and now each time I wash my hands, it stings. I can see 3 nail beds are inflamed this morning. And apparently, my facial hair was too short for threading so they had to be waxed. It is usually the other way around. She was ripping it off very roughly and my face was swollen and put it down to a heat rash. I woke up with 3 areas with skin missing this morning.
