Ridiculous salon! Would not recommend.
Booked an appointment at 11.30am, called to reschedule and their staff said, I quote "come anytime between12 and quarter past 12". I was 10 minutes late as I was struggling to find parking (I was not aware that there was a cricket match in the stadium opposite). The lady was rude to me, shouted at me in front of other clients and was not willing to even understand the reason of being late and she said I can't claim refund or reschedule. Disgusting attitude!

Minoo is without a doubt the best nail technician I’ve had. Her attention to detail is beyond amazing. All members of staff are so hospitable and welcoming. I definitely recommend visiting as you won’t leave disappointed.

I loved the overall design and service was good.I asked to have gel nails though and was actually given acrylic nails with gel varnish, which was ok but not what I wanted & was told if I wanted UV gel nails then I'd have to pay extra.
A lot of time could be saved for the client as well as the nail tech if they did UV gel nails and a design at the same price.
I was also pretty sensitive to their drill which isn't usually an issue for me.
For these reasons I won't be returning here for nails.

An absolutely EXCELLENT underarm wax. She asked a few key questions first, made sure I was comfortable.
My skin is really sensitive and she managed to remove every single hair without hurting me or damaging my skin at all - paid attention to tricky hairs and got them SO gently with a tweezers instead of that harmful re-wax, re-wax that some people do.
Absolutely recommend for waxing and I will definitely be returning.
