Incorrect advertising of treatment. I bought highlights without toner or olaplex but was told I had to have both the toner and olaplex or ‘my hair would snap’ which is nonsense. I wasn’t prepared to pay an extra £100 and so left and am waiting for a refund now. Maya did call to apologise and was very polite on the phone promising a refund but I can’t say I would go back. I went to Fortuna Hair instead who were lovely, didn’t use toner or olaplex and my hair is fab and definitely not snapped.
