The haircut was ok but I was asked to stand the entire time which was a bit odd. The cut itself wasn't very thorough, nobody has noticed a difference. A blowdry was added but I wasn't told that this was going to be an additional cost. When asked to pay for it at the end, I was told that they weren't taking card payments and I would need to go across the street and withdraw cash. When I went to do this and realised I didn't have my purse, they reluctantly gave me the card reader. It felt dodgy.
