This is a really lovely, exceptionally clean and bright salon. Amy is professional and very welcoming.
I had a manicure with varnish, not gel and maybe it was my fault for choosing that (and just one coat) but it chipped badly in less than 24hours. I then tried to remove the varnish and it took me an hour of filing.
My pedicure was very good, it is relaxing in the massage chairs.
However, I am disappointed that the varnish chipped on my big toe after just 48 hours. Sorry Amy.

This is a lovely new nails place in Didsbury Village. Very convenient. I found the staff very welcoming and was impressed by how thorough they were with cleaning whenever people left. They were super accommodating from the moment I got there, even though I was early and they had customers. Amy was brilliant and thorough - she obviously knows what she's doing. Sometimes I find pedicures quite painful, not here. In fact, I nearly fell asleep. So good.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I showed Amy a picture of what I wanted (each nail a different colour) and she picked the colours out for me and checked that they were what I wanted. Amy worked quickly but it didn't feel rushed - she was very efficient and it's clear that she takes pride in her work. My hands and nails look and feel fantastic! Would 100% recommend Ins Nails Studio, I'll definitely be coming back.
