Lady was lovely and attentive and I enjoyed my experience. Salon was clean and was overall pleased, except for the few odd stray hairs that were left, but I can easily just tweeze away.

Extremely disappointed with the staff. I had already paid for the treatment through treatwell with £5 off voucher however the staff kept asking how much I paid for treatwell and demanded I pay the difference even though I have already paid. The two staff at the salon said different amount I had to pay, and one of them was making the total amount and out of no where she said ‘ok you pay me £10’. Anyways by the end of it when I proved I paid for my services on the app she said ok fine leave it, all this happened infront of another client waiting to pay, it was extremely embarrassing. I am really disappointed with the service I received and will not be returning back for sure.
