I had a an okay experience here, but I found the staff a bit blunt. When I ask for the technicians advise she seemed really annoyed, and I think rushed through the appointment because they were running behind. For £35 I would expect a full cuticle and nail shaping as well as the manicure/gel polish, which I didn't get.
that being said, I am fairly happy with my nails. However, I might go elsewhere in the future.

Great atmosphere, very busy in morning time, woman doing my nails was impatient and made a rude condescending remark. Other than that my nails were very nice.

Fantastic service - so attentive and delicate in handling my nails. This was the first time I did acrylic and I’m definitely loving the outcome and going back.
