Jad provided a thorough consultation and explained the potential additional cost in exact £ for the balayage redesign I requested beforehand.
My hair is naturally black so it's difficult to lighten the colour. I've been hesitant to get it done in the UK for years, but after reading his profile I felt he could handle it, and I wasn't wrong :) His work was meticulous. Next time I want to add some fresh soft colour to my hair!
