I had a hollywood wax booked last minute with Heloisa and she was exceptional! Kind, gentle and a pro at waxing!
I rushed in during my break at work and she was so calming and put me right at ease. She has over 10 years experience and it really showed. This was the least painful wax I’ve ever had (and I’ve had my fair share of waxes before lol)

Great customer service, I was really impressed! I was also given additional advice regarding ingrowns. Waxing was not as painful as other places I’ve been too. I think I’ve found my person for all my hair removal needs! Thank you! :)

Honestly a five star experience. I had such a lovely experience with my hollywood wax - it was as painless as a wax can be. Just perfect! She was very kind and I felt really comfortable. She’s also really professional. I do live far but I’m willing to travel for this experience. That’s how good it was!
