Heloisa's kind, professional and welcoming presence, uplifts me whether is for waxing, for a facial or any other treatment. Today, for the first time I had a lash lift and tint and she has done a brilliant job, my lashes look longer, darker and beautifully curved up, no need for mascara! She has been caring, attenitve and professional, informing me each stage of the process and her soothing and friendly presence made it thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended by me, over and over again!
