As someone who has shaved their whole life, has never had a proper wax (except done badly on myself), and has a pretty low pain tolerance, I was so anxious about this appointment. However, Heloisa is so warm and friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing with low lighting and calming music, and the space was very clean. It was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be and Heloisa was very patient and kind. Would definitely recommend Divalush!
