Heloisa was lovely and very warm. The last lift and tint was good however my eyebrow lamination was not great. I didn't quite realise how much she was threading and thought she was just tidying them up. Them but after she was done my eyebrows were the thinnest I've ever seen them (ergo early 2000's). I wanted to get the lamination to add volume to my light and thin brows, not take it away. Will take a month or two to grow back in now. I wish she had asked me how I liked them first!
