Ruth was lovely was given slippers and a towel and instructions on what would happen I found the whole experience very comfortable and have rebooked to see her again as I feel she has more knowledge on this matter than my own doctors and consultants

I went for my first ever Colonic today, to say I was nervous would be an understatment.
I made my booking through this site which couldn't of been easier, a few hours later I got a text off Ruth giving me directions.
I got there without a problem, and Ruth came down to meet me. The room was lovely, really clean which put me at ease.
I was asked to fill in a questionnaire about my diet and general health, the whole treatment was explained. I was asked to use the bathroom if need and strip from my waist down, get comfortable on the bed and put a towel over me (i was left to do this). Then the treatment began, it wasn't painful just weird...I've heard a few people say its uncomfortable but i wouldn't say it was, just an odd feeling.
Ruth was awesome, really made me feel at ease, we talked through the whole thing she gave me loads of advice on the different problems i was having with my body.
It was a nice experience and i will be booking in for another treatment hopefully next week. I'm just sorry i didn't do this sooner.
The therapist was very welcoming and friendly. She made us feel at ease which always helps!
The environment was pleasant, a very good experience overall :) Thank you and hope to be back again in the future.
