I wanted Colonic Hydrotherapy for a number of years but was always too nervous. I chose Ruth at Inner Health as her previous reviews were good and i'm so glad i did. She put me at complete ease and i found the whole experience relaxing and calming. At no point did i find it painful, uncomfortable or embarrassing . I have had 2 now and feel 100% times better already. More energy, less tiredness, less bloating and feel lighter. Ruth gave me some tips on how to tweak my diet which i have taken on board. I just wish i'd done it years ago.

As this was my first treatment I was fairly nervous, but felt reassured and in very safe hands. The procedure has already given me a boost in terms of my mentality towards my internal health, and I am looking forward to the seeing the results after further treatments in the coming weeks!
