Ingrid was very pleasant and, after a brief chat with me to establish what sort of 'look' I was after, made up my eyes beautifully. However, towards the end she had to rush as the hairdressing salon upstairs (her area is down a set of stairs) had closed which meant that Ingrid had to be upstairs for her next client, so I didn't have the chance to ask her about the techniques she'd used to achieve my look, which I would have liked to have done.
