Absolutely awful. Had the worst and most painful Hollywood wax ever. The therapist was so unprofessional! She was just laughing and making silly jokes while I was almost shouting for the pain. She was absolutely careless and not listening to me when I was saying the wax was too hot or i was asking her to slow down. Will never go back there. Shame because the place is quite nice.
