Really fantastic massage - explained the various elements going through and really did adapt based on my particular muscle issues. Gave good advice and shared guidance on things I can do at home to help. You can absolutely feel there is passion for helping people, proper brilliant!

So I initially booked in for a deep tissue massage, I also wanted to relax, I spoke to the therapist about my problem areas, the reason why I wanted a massage, by talking to the therapist at the beginning, he really tailored the massage exactly the way I wanted.
I left feeling like he really payed attention to what I said needed work, such as my shoulders and lower back, whilst delivering an all round great massage feeling relaxed afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Harminder is an excellent and hugely intuitive masseuse. He’s helped me so much with the tension I carry in my shoulders and is so considerate during the session. He strikes an excellent balance of communication during the massage; allowing me to relax, whilst making sure I’m comfortable and that the right amount of pressure is applied. Worth every penny.
