Hari is friendly, professional, and passionate about what he does. I had a great deep tissue/sports massage and what I especially liked was how he explained every stage in advance, and asked for regular feedback on how I was finding it.

great location, lots of free parking (just need to register car reg at reception), cafe at the gym for coffee/snacks and free WiFi if need to wait. treatment room is lovely and very peaceful. harminder is an exceptional therapist. highly recommend.

The whole experience was wonderful, Harminder made me feel very comfortable and the sports masssge was excellent and I left feeling very relaxed and pain free I will definitely go back again and recommend Harminder
